Perhaps you’ve been dabbling with a business idea and keep wondering whether the time is just right to take the great leap. Or you’ve decided and just intend to lay back waiting for the perfect moment when you could begin to use your God-given talents? Then this piece is for you.

Dear Purple Reader, this day, I want us to look at the word “run” as it pertains to hastening up and putting into action the talents we have received from God.

God expects us to use our talents faithfully and on time to meet the needs of others:

Whatsoever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor thought, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, to which you are going.

No matter what challenges or difficulties you are facing, there is only one time that is worse than starting today. That’s tomorrow. If you wait until tomorrow, you’ve lost one unrecoverable day during which you could have created a major change, moving your idea to a “plus one”.

To this end, Solomon urged thus:

Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise, which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, provides her meat in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest.

Dear Purple Reader, the best time to implement that great idea is now.

The best time to start that business is today.

The best time to take that leap of faith is right away.

Every change or improvement that we want to make in life should start its first stage of maturity NOW! as there is no better time than now.

Don’t delay, lest you watch someone run with your vision and accomplish it.

Drop a comment and let me know how this truth shapes your life.
Until next time. Have a great day “running”!
